Level 1 & 2 is for the practitioner who has familiarity in a yoga class. Classes build on the foundation of our level 1 series.
If you are looking to add a bit more heat into your practice but still looking for the gentle and supportive environment, this is the class for you.
As always, there will be plenty of variations in poses and options for a variety of levels. There is no weight requirement and everyone is welcome.

About Julie Westlin-Naigus
Julie comes to yoga through a social justice lens and strives to create classes that are inclusive, compassionate, safe and give space for all to experience embodiment.
She is passionate about bringing education and empowerment to yoga teachers and students through trainings, workshops, retreats and classes based on principles of body acceptance, Health at Every Size©(HAES), Body Vulnerability, radical acceptance and embodied anatomy.
Students have referred to her classes as a “Hatha” style with an emphasis and passion on anatomy through an approachable and experiential method from her studies with Amy Matthews and Todd Jackson.
Julie received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Kripalu Yoga Center in 2008 and has been studying Body-Mind Centering since 2013. She began studying yoga in 2006 when she found herself fully immersed in the Kripalu Seva program where she spent two years studying the science of yoga.
In addition to teaching yoga, Julie holds her master’s degree in counseling with a certificate in Eating Disorders from Lewis & Clark College. She facilitates workshops, groups and individual counseling at Be Nourished. In 2013, Julie created Yoga for Bigger Bodies which continues to grow and develop.
