During this Foundations I workshop we will gather & study together in the new year. Become a student of the fine art of yoga during this six week series, treating this as an opportunity to start or renew your practice.
You will be in a supportive environment where we’ll examine the basic yoga postures and the forms they take. This will be done systematically and patiently, allowing time for questions and repetition. You’ll be encouraged to work with the meditative side of yoga and examine the breath as an essential piece of this ancient yet modern practice.
This series should help you to feel more comfortable with your body/mind. You were born to move. Yoga can motivate you and make you a better ‘mover’ in daily life, during physical activity and on the yoga mat.
