In this 4 week series you will build upon prior yoga experience to finesse movement patterns. We will weave poses together that give you greater awareness of how postures complement and thread together. We’ll also focus on the natural connection of how breath is linked with movement. Forward folds, backbends, twists and arm balances are all included in this series. There will be time for questions and individual attention in this supportive community.
