Kris has been teaching Vinyasa and Yin Yoga since 2009. She has certification from The White Lotus Foundation and The Yoga Space.
Her classes focus on using the intelligence of the breath to guide movement. She teaches a strong class with both the beginner and advanced student in mind. She hopes to help students open to the limitless teachings of the practice.
