Stephanie is starting fresh, in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. Having taught yoga since 2004 in Chicago, and Southern IL, she desired a new perspective, and a new place to create from. She has had the pleasure of teaching in Finland, Nicaragua, and at festivals such as Wanderlust Festival in California and Chicago, Bhakti Fest, Suhkava Bodhe, and is excited to be joining the teaching lineup at this years Beloved Festival in Tidewater, Oregon. She has been on the cover of Illumine Magazine, and has been featured in Origin Magazine, Mantra Yoga + Health Magazine, Well + Good NYC, and on Wanderlust.com.
Having studied yoga, health, and spirituality since she was a child, Stephanie deeply believes in the healing power these sacred practices hold. She is most inspired by her mother, who taught her so much, nature, who is always her greatest support, and the creativity in her own mind and heart that is always trying to express itself. Music is her greatest love, as you will feel when she sings to you in Savasana. She is on a continuous journey of expressing herself in the most authentic way through music and video, and hopes to always help others to feel comfortable showing up in the way that they desire to. This life is a gift, and she hopes to inspire others to allow themselves to feel things deeply, and to create more beauty in the world, in the unique way that they are destined to.
Join Stephanie in yoga class and sound healing workshops, where she hopes you will always feel welcomed, supported, challenged, loved and accepted as you are, in this moment.
