Yoga to me is aligning our human nature with the universe. Through practice we merge the energies of the body toward the center, finding union at the heart.
I love sharing the layers of yoga with students. The skillful stamping, layering, and mapping through practice to bring union to the mind, body, and spirit. In my classes I use pranayama, meditation, and alignment based yoga poses to guide my students to clearer alignment with themselves and the world around them.
