Yin Yoga Exploration with Julie Baron
Saturday, May 25th, 2013, 2 – 5:30pm
In this workshop we will explore anatomy, both physical and subtle. Understanding basic skeletal structures and simple energetic currents in the body are a crucial component for practicing Yin Yoga with awareness and integrity.
After learning about structures and currents, we’ll have an extended Yin practice incorporating our new knowledge. This portion will be more hands-on (adjustments and awareness cues) than our weekly practices. This Yin Yoga Exploration is open to anyone wanting to incorporate a foundational level of anatomical and energetic anatomy into their practice. Space is limited, please register in advance to reserve your place.
