A student of yoga for 15+ years, Britt has been inspired by many incredible teachers. She has a deep reverence for the communal practices of Yoga and does her best to share those with her students. She is so grateful for the guidance and patience of the teachers who have held space for her and other students of Yoga.

Britt also brings a love of movement to her classes. Her movement repertoire includes weight-lifting, rock climbing, cycling, running and hiking. Her classes often encompass a mixture of yoga posture, strength and range of motion. She incorporates unique and creative movements into her sequences and loves using props. She hopes to offer students time and space to feel grounded and strong while maintaining a playful and open frame of mind.
