Through years of studying, practicing and performing music in various cities, I’ve developed an embodied and intuitive approach to guide others through sound healing journeys and meditations. I listen closely to the energy of the students in the room, and pair that with the tones and frequencies of my healing instruments, creating a unique sequence – a hymn – for each session. Drawn to the stillness and beauty of the natural world, I get most of my inspiration and wisdom from the forest, and I channel that essence into my practice.

Pursuing a career in music in NYC in my twenties, I discovered the Shambhala Center, where I first accessed the power of mindfulness meditation. I channeled this spiritual experience into my music sessions and collaborations which led to my first full body of work, A Woman Alone. A move to LA shifted my musical focus and study to therapeutic sound baths, combining crystal singing bowls and ethereal hymns. At this time I also fell in love with the practice of Yoga Nidra, and studied under Jennifer Reis. Through the use of vibrational sound and these transformative meditation techniques I began guiding others. To deepen my 16 years of practice, I completed a 200-Hour Intensive Training at Samyama Mindfulness Center in Indonesia, further exploring all eight limbs of Yoga.

The cosmic pairing of Yoga Nidra and Sound Therapy has been an expanding ritual in my personal life, as a way to regulate the emotional, mental and physical discomfort of day to day living.

At the heart of my offerings is a deep desire to share the tools that have helped me feel more whole. Everyone ultimately has the ability to find deep rest and self-connection on their own – I simply create a compassionate space and provide various techniques for one’s own self inquiry.
