Nicole Greenberg

Nicole discovered the magic of yoga, witnessing its ability to transform and heal starting with her own Kripalu practice in 2008. As a high energy New Yorker, yoga welcomed slowing down and honoring the breath. Her masters degree brought her to Kansas City in 2013. In 2014 she was trained and certified, and yoga has been an integral part of her work ever since.

Nicole believes yoga is for everybody and every body. Accessibility is a priority. Her classes take a creative approach in guiding students to connect to their breath to help awaken and celebrate life. She enjoys cultivating a higher level of self confidence and personal wellness with her students, and encourages them to take an interest in their bodies and minds as a long term investment in their health and well being. Nicole has a sense of humor in classes and loves creating a space that feels warm and approachable no matter what your level of experience.

When not on the mat, Nicole is a professional actor, director, and theatre professor. She loves to cook (please share your favorite recipes and foodie spots with her!), to explore out in nature, and to spend time with her partner and her dog Winston.
