Sadie Leigh

Sadie Leigh is a squishy-hearted sweetie and a sharp-witted spitfire who values community, collaboration, and celebration. She’s also a firm believer in the inherent spirituality of a dedicated movement practice. Inspired by a life-long practice of dance and somatic investigation, along with a 200-hour vinyasa training and a 500-hour Dharma Yoga certification, she brings a purposeful playfulness into her yoga practice and classes. In addition to intelligently designed and creative asana sequences, students in her classes can expect a combination of the following– various pranayama and centering techniques, chanting and mantra, and reflection and meditation. Students are encouraged to participate with curiosity and an open heart, according to their own conditions.
