Arm Balancing Intensives

These workshops are designed to take your yoga practice to the next level. We will focus on more challenging poses,
such as arm balances and handstands, that we don’t often have time to break down in a regular drop-in vinyasa class.
Emily will guide you through the foundations of the poses and give you individualized guidance and feedback to ensure that you are able to safely and confidently expand your practice.
