Move, breathe, connect, and let go. Prenatal yoga classes are designed to foster a sense of balance between effort and surrender. In these classes you can expect to move through a supportive physical practice emphasized by breath awareness, followed by deep relaxation, all the while honoring the physiological processes and the sacred transformation of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood. Prenatal yoga aids in strength building, increased mental focus, relief from stress and discomfort, and connection to your changing body, your baby, and community! Join at any stage of your pregnancy journey. All levels are welcome.
